Installed directly after your AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system, this robust buffer machine automatically receives inspection signals, physically separates OK (good) boards from NG (bad/reject) boards, and stores them in designated buffers—all without manual intervention. By eliminating this bottleneck, it increases line throughput, prevents mixed boards, and paves the way for a fully automated SMT line.
