Vertical sensorized storage system for the storage of components
Storage and easy access to hundreds of reels reduces assembly setup time from hours to minutes. The inventory software allows operators to quickly pick the reels they require for production, with an LED light indicating their position on the rack.
Reels returned from production are then placed in the Component Counter to automatically update inventory. With new UID labels the reels are scanned again and placed back in the Smart Storage Rack.
The benefits are precisely accurate and traceable component inventory which contributes to a seamless assembly process.
Equipment Description
1.Each shelf is configurable based on the width of the reels to be managed. Therefore, it is not necessary to know the size of the reels in advance.
2.Dedicated shelves allow the management of packaged components within the same rack, without needing to remove the packaging for storage.
3.Dedicated shelves allow the management of components on trays, sticks, or bulk, as well as tape-cut components, all within the same rack.
4.The RGB LEDs allow multiple operators to use the same system simultaneously, with each having their own color.
5.Camera to be used for scanning the codes of the items to be stored within the SHIHAO Smart Storage System. You can request either a single front camera or both a front camera and a rear camera.
6.Natively connected, intelligent, and integrable with company systems. This way, all data will be visible to everyone within the warehouse and production line!
